Our Self Catering Cottages

We have converted a large old farm building into two comfortable three bedroom cottages which are fully equipped for self catering holidays. They both have fully fitted carpets except for in the kitchen and bathrooms. And brand new central heating has been installed

The fully fitted kitchen includes cooker, fridge, microwave, washer/drier, coffee maker, and a toaster. High chairs are available on request.

The large living/dining room includes a three piece suite, coffee table, dining table and 5 chairs.

The bedrooms offer

• The master bedroom has a double bed
• Second bedroom offers two single beds.
• Third bedroom offers one single bed.

All rooms have fully fitted wardrobes.

We regret we are unable to allow pets. However, approximately 2 miles down the road is a dog and cat boarding kennels - details available on request.

Winter and longer lets are also available, ideal for when you are between houses or renovation!

Our Camping & Caravan facilities

At College Down Farm, we also offer caravan and camping. We have five electric hook-up points for caravan owners who are members of the Caravan Club and a camping field for tents. The view from the camping field over our extensive grounds is amazing.
